If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item for a full refund or exchange. To do so, please contact us at support@veloramoda.co.uk and we will provide you with the necessary address to return the item. It is not possible to return the goods after the 30-day return period. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless it is a defective product or the wrong product was sent.
We try to make the return process as simple as possible. Please remember that the goods must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed and unsoiled - with all tags attached. Please use the original packaging for your return. We do not charge a restocking fee. Returns are subject to our Terms of Service.
