Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-2 working days (Monday - Friday).
Once dispatched, shipping takes approximately 5-7 working days (Monday - Friday).
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, followed by another email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders must be placed before 16:00 to be processed within the stated timeframe.

Delivery Information

Delays

Your order should arrive within 6-9 working days (Monday - Friday).
If it hasn’t arrived within this period, please allow an extra 3 working days before reaching out.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please email us at support@veloramoda.co.uk as soon as possible.
Cancellations cannot be processed once the order has already been prepared for dispatch.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we sincerely apologize.
Please email photos of the issue to support@veloramoda.co.uk, and we will promptly resolve it by sending you the correct item.
